Jack C. Hays MCJROTC defeated Mariner AJROTC 2323.7 to 2300.4 in the 2023 National Air Rifle - Sporter Championship Tournament. Jack C. Hays MCJROTC was led by Shiloh Hargrove who shot a 590.9. The remaining contributing members were Celeste Guerrero, Alexis Guerrero, Brynn Gray, and Sophia Padilla. They are from Buda, TX, and are coached by Donald Wimp.
